Each provider's daily schedule is mirrored in the EHR so that all of the practice's clinicians can view their schedule, complete with insurance and eligibility information. After the clinician completes an encounter, the diagnosis and procedure codes are processed and converted to the HIPAA standard claim format, no lost paper super-bills. The patient portal is automatically updated to reflect any changes in the patient's clinical status. Now the claim is ready for your practice's billing experts to optimize and send to the payer. No extra steps are required to send the claim, since our clearinghouse is completely integrated into the billing and collecting system; that means no export of claim batches or import of rejection reports!
