Claim Dashboards

Claim dashboards "stage" your claims based on the status and created date. For instance, users can track payer-rejected claims that are greater than 30 days old by dollar amount or the actual number of claims in that dashboard grouping. HealthFusion’s interface facilitates the ability for your practice to drill down on any category to the individual claims so that those claims can be viewed and corrected if necessary.

Account Receivable (A/R) Dashboards

Account Receivable dashboards show the financial status of your claim based on frequently used aging bands. Onscreen A/R dashboards are prominently displayed for Patient A/R and for Insurance A/R. Your practice can click through any aging band to find the claim list that comprises that group of claims. Insurance A/R interfaces display aggregate payer A/R or the user can choose to drill down, based on the payer name and provider. Patient A/R is always displayed on the Patient Chart and automatically divides A/R between patient and insurance responsibility, in addition to presenting the total account receivables.

Customizable Ledger Interfaces

Customizable interfaces for the presentation of financial ledger information are displayed for insurance plans and patients. Your practice can view aggregate patient or payer charges, adjustments and paid amounts. Additionally, for each payer or patient in your practice, you can click through to view the details used to "build up" or support the aggregate ledger values. Sorting data based charge or balance (insurance, patient or total) is simple, and printing the report is just as easy.
