Payer-Specific Fee Schedules

Your practice can create distinct Fee Schedules for the charge amount and expected allowed amount for each payer (by payer class and plan type) with HealthFusion^®.

An Example in the Practice: You may have a charge fee schedule that is lower for self-pay patients than for other payers. HealthFusion^® makes it easy to create as many fee schedules as required:

• Match the expected amount of reimbursement based on your contract with the remittance (Electronic EOB^® / ERA) amount
• When posting, HealthFusion's system clearly compares the fee schedule contracted expected rate with the actual payer payment, exposing payer underpayments.

Another Example in the Practice: If your contract determines that your rate for a specific procedure is $100, and if the remittance only allows $80, then your practice has been underpaid!
