With HealthFusion^®, you have two options with statements: print, fold, stuff, and mail your statements on your own, or if you wish, export your statement file to HealthFusion’s Print and Mail service (for a low, per-statement fee).

Patient statements with HealthFusion have two customizable message text fields for communicating with your patients. Your practice can pre-set different messages for each AR aging band (30 days, 60 days, 90 days, etc.) and also set a separate message that can communicate news or information about your practice.

Electronic Patient Statements

With electronic patient statements from HealthFusion, you can prepare and transmit statements easily with just a few keystrokes and still maintain complete control over your statement processing routine.

If you choose to use electronic statements, your practice can still view any statement in .pdf format and print the statement on a local printer if required. In addition, your practice can delete or edit any individual statement, including personalizing the message fields, prior to electronically submitting your batch of statements to HealthFusion’s Print and Mail service.
