Yesterday was the first day of fall. The date is significant because, in a recent call, CMS reported that the final rule for Meaningful Use 2015 would be published by “early fall” – yet still no word from our friends at CMS. On April 10, 2015, CMS released a proposed rule that would dramatically change the Medicare and Medicaid (EHR) Incentive Program for 2015.
