Last January, Quality Systems Incorporated (QSI), the parent company of practice management and EHR company NextGen® Healthcare, acquired HealthFusion, the makers of MediTouch. Going forward, MediTouch will be offered as a NextGen® solution. Some clients have expressed confusion, and we want to reassure you that this integration is an indication of our stability as a product and the success that you and all of our other clients have found.
What does this mean for you?
You may have noticed a difference in our team’s email addresses and communications, aside from these minor changes, the MediTouch team and product will continue to operate, business as usual, with no disruptions. We’ll continue to offer a 100 percent cloud-based, integrated software solution. We’ll continue to improve our features and technologies to ensure your success in the changing landscape and we’ll keep you apprised of any changes coming down the road.
What can you expect in the near future?
While you won’t experience any disruptions due to this transition, you can expect an even better support experience with an optimized platform to enable your success. This Spring we will be launching the Success Community, your one-stop shop for everything MediTouch – from managing cases to finding training, documentation and other resources.
